Repeat prescriptions are computerised and are issued by written request. Tick what you require on your prescription counterfoil or in writing with your name and date of birth and address.
You may order your prescription at the local pharmacies. Your written requests can be posted through the letter box. We will send your prescriptions electronicially to your chosen Pharmacy. Please give us up to 48 hours to complete your request.
You can nominate a pharmacy and your prescription will be sent electronically without the need for a paper prescription.
Prescription requests are not taken over the telephone, unless you are a housebound patient.

Wasted or unused medicine is a serious and growing problem within the NHS that you can help tackle.
It is estimated that as much as £300million is wasted every year on unused or partially used medication.

Online Repeat Prescriptions
You can order your repeat prescriptions online.
The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.
To use Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

If you have a repeat prescription, we may ask you to come in for a regular review. Please book a routine appointment for your review.

If you have questions about your medicine or your prescription please contact the surgery.
Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
